Our 2025 Lobbying Efforts

In 2025, we are launching a powerful lobbying initiative focused on advocating for youth-centric progressive issues in state legislatures and Congress. Our goal is to empower young people by providing them with the training and tools necessary to effectively engage in the lobbying process. We will work to amplify youth voices to ensure their needs are prioritized in legislative discussion and aim to create meaningful progressive change that reflects the values and aspirations of the next generation.

Local Lobbying Partnership(s)

In 2025, we are partnering with the Young Democrats of Georgia Progressive Caucus to launch a 4-month fellowship program designed to empower Georgia’s young leaders in lobbying. Through this program, fellows will focus on advancing a key youth-centric progressive issue with the goal of securing legislative support and ultimately passing a bill in the 2025 session. Fellows will gain hands-on experience lobbying legislators, securing bill sponsors, organizing action days, and advocating for policies that address the needs and priorities of young progressives in Georgia.
